I design real-world experiences where Bitcoin isn't just theory โ it's a daily tool for feeding children, paying teachers, onboarding merchants, and exploring East Africa.
I'm a Ugandan Bitcoin educator, tourism entrepreneur, and community builder working at the intersection of money, travel, and youth empowerment in Africa.
As Founder of Bitcoin Kampala and Gorilla Sats, I design real-world experiences where Bitcoin isn't just theory, but a daily tool for feeding children, paying teachers, onboarding merchants, and exploring East Africa. My work spans from grassroots classrooms in rural Bugiri to safaris near Murchison Falls, from university communities in Kampala to global Bitcoin stages in Prague, Cape Town, and beyond.
My mission is to prove that Bitcoin and thoughtful design can unlock opportunity for ordinary people โ orphaned children, teachers, merchants, students, and travelers. I build systems that actually work on the ground, tell honest stories, and connect global allies to local proof-of-work.
Design unforgettable itineraries in Uganda and East Africa โ safaris, gorilla trekking, renewable energy site visits โ all payable in Bitcoin.
Run education cohorts, self-custody workshops, and Trezor Academy sessions. Teaching lightning payments and everyday BTC usage.
Build and steward circular economies around schools, orphanages, and local merchants โ proving Bitcoin works in the real world.
10+ years of grassroots business acceleration, brand development, and storytelling. Helping projects tell their story and reach the right people.
A Bitcoin-powered tourism and travel company offering adventures across East Africa. We combine safaris, local vendor onboarding, renewable energy visits, and Bitcoin-only experiences for tourists and business clients.
A grassroots Bitcoin circular economy hub in Uganda, centered around an orphanage, school, and the community near Makerere University. We focus on education, self-custody, circular spending, and real-world daily Bitcoin usage.
Organised by the Circular Bitcoin Africa Fund (CBAF), this 14-day multi-country expedition crosses Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, and South Africa. We visit multiple circular economies โ Bitcoin Kampala, Orphans of Uganda, Afribit Kibera, Bitcoin Babies, Bitcoin Victoria Falls, Bitcoin Ekasi โ showcasing African Bitcoin work to the world. A blended experience combining gorilla trekking, the Source of the Nile, Victoria Falls, and more.
I've shared the story of Bitcoin in Africa on global stages โ from Plan B El Salvador to Lugano Plan B Forum, BTC Prague, and beyond. Watch some of my talks below.
